At Brightano, we aim to deliver every order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our delivery guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and shipped.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
- Orders placed during weekends or official Estonian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer one tracked delivery service per destination. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery is charged at a flat rate per destination zone, plus a surcharge for large or fragile items where one applies.
- Free delivery applies automatically once your basket reaches the published threshold for your country — see the rate table below.
- All costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment and monitor delivery updates in real time.
International Shipping
- We deliver within the European Union only, to the 27 countries listed in the rate table below.
- Delivery times and costs vary by destination and carrier network.
- Because these are intra-EU deliveries, there are no customs duties or import charges to pay on arrival. We do not currently ship outside the EU; if your country is not listed, contact us and we will quote manually where we can.
Delays & Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives later than expected:
- Please contact us as soon as possible.
- We will investigate the issue directly with the courier.
- Our team will work to resolve delivery problems promptly and efficiently.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including your right to have the order delivered within a reasonable period and to cancel and be refunded if we fail to do so.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
- Brightano is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or return-to-sender issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately—address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

We ship from Tallinn to the countries below. The rate for your address is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. We do not currently deliver outside this list.

Large, fragile and oversized fittings
Glass and larger fixtures need heavier packaging and cost more to move safely. Where that applies, a surcharge is added to the standard delivery cost and shown separately at checkout:
